We provide a variety of legal services to clients in the music, film, and other performing arts genres. Our clients include performing musicians from many genres of music, recording artists and songwriters, as well as actors, managers, production professionals, publishers, distributors, and booking agents.
We are pleased to advise on contractual matters, from reviewing existing contracts to drafting new ones. We also assist our entertainment clients with general business transactions including incorporations, shareholder agreements, business name registrations and other incidental transactions, in consultation with their accounting professionals.
